Terms of Service

These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using TEMPO (the “Service”) and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and the operator.

• “Service” means the AI keyboard application and all ancillary features provided by the operator.
• “User” means a person who uses the Service under these Terms.
• “AI-generated output” means AI products such as replies, translations, sentences, and responses generated by the Service at the user’s request.

These Terms take effect when posted within the Service. The operator may amend them within the bounds of applicable law and will announce the effective date and changes on this page. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date is deemed acceptance of the amendment.

The Service provides the following features.

• AI-based reply suggestions, translation, AI chat, and compose input assistance
• On-device autocomplete and next-word prediction
• Suggestions reflecting the user’s writing style (on-device learning)

The Service is currently provided free of charge. Specific features and composition may change to improve quality.

Some features, such as context-aware reply suggestions, require the Accessibility Service or notification access. These permissions are used only when you actively consent and enable them, and can be revoked at any time in your OS or app settings. The data processed when permissions are enabled is governed by the Privacy Policy.

AI-generated output is for reference only and may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or different from your intent. You are responsible for whether and what you ultimately send, and must review the content before sending. The operator does not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or completeness of AI-generated output.

Users must not engage in the following.

• Violating applicable law or these Terms
• Infringing others’ rights (personal data, reputation, intellectual property, etc.)
• Using the Service for unlawful/criminal purposes or interfering with its operation
• Copying, altering, or reverse-engineering the Service without authorization, or accessing it by abnormal means

The operator may change or suspend all or part of the Service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for damages arising from the change or suspension of a free service.

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property rights in the Service and its components (software, design, trademarks, etc.) belong to the operator. Rights in content you input or generate through the Service belong to you.

With respect to the free Service, the operator is not liable, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for damages arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, such as force majeure, the user’s fault, or failures of third-party services (e.g., the AI provider). Nothing in these Terms limits any liability of the operator that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are construed under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute between the operator and a user relating to the Service shall be subject to the court of first instance having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
